What is the ultimate goal?

"I initially started aThoke Lay pop-up series in 2022 out of curiosity and desire to reconnect with my cultural roots as I relocated to the US at a young age. aThoke Lay not only allow me to serve Asheville with authentic Burmese flavors, but it also serves as a personal creative outlet to meet our lovely community filled with passionate artists, innovators, and farmers; thus inspiring me to reach higher. The goal is to evolve into an established take out kitchen and support aid toward the humanitarian crises happening overseas in Myanmar (Burma)."
